Process Includes:
- Thoroughly cleaned and inspected
- Magnafluxed and pressure tested to insure no cracks in casting
- All new injector cups installed
- Guide work performed: all new guides installed
- All new intake and exhaust valves
- All new cam bearings
- Head is assembled with all new valve springs, valve locks and valve seals
- Each Valve is vacuum tested to insure a perfect seal between the valve and seat
- Milled to ensure straightness and correct finish
All machine work performed on the latest state of the art equipment
All parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before assembly
