Process Includes:

Thoroughly cleaned and inspected
Magnafluxed to insure no cracks in casting
Guide work performed/replaced with new guides or liners as needed
Cut valve seats
All valves are reground or replaced with new valves
Head is assembled with all new valve seals
Each Valve is vacuum tested to insure a perfect seal between the valve and seat
Milled to ensure straightness and correct finish

All machine work performed on the latest state of the art equipment

All parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before assembly
