Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Special-order, custom, modified, or made-to-order items may not be canceled once work or processing has begun.

Windy City Engine & Parts Inc. does not currently offer subscription-based purchase options. If additional purchase options are offered in the future, any applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
