Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary for certain oversized, heavy, or special-order items.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using the shipping services available for your order. Shipping cost and available delivery options may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Expedited shipping may be available for certain products. Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery by a specific date.

PO Box Addresses

Orders shipped to a PO Box must be sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Other shipping methods shown at checkout may not be available for PO Box addresses.

Because shipping rates vary based on package size, weight, and destination, additional shipping charges may apply. If additional postage is required, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

Certain oversized or heavy items may not be eligible for delivery to a PO Box. In these cases, we may request an alternative physical shipping address.

International Shipping

International orders are currently shipped exclusively through DHL Express.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or there is another shipping issue caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when the issue is confirmed to be our error, Windy City Engine and Parts Inc. will cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.
