Cylinder Heads are Remanufactured by Windy City Engine & Parts

Process Includes:

• Thoroughly cleaned and inspected
• Magnafluxed to insure no cracks in casting
• Replace all cylinder with new injector cups
• Guide work performed/replaced with new guides
• Replace and cut valve seats to proper angle
• All valves are replaced with new valves, valve springs, valve locks, and valve seals
• Each Valve is vacuum tested to insure a perfect seal between the valve and seat
• Milled to ensure straightness and correct finish

All machine work performed on the latest state of the art equipment

 All parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before assembly
