15-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may delay processing of your return.

Change of Mind / Incorrectly Ordered Parts

If you ordered the wrong part, no longer need the item, or otherwise choose to return an item for reasons unrelated to an error by Windy City Engine and Parts Inc., you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable in these situations.

We currently do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Our Error

If we shipped the wrong item, provided incorrect specifications or measurements, or the return is otherwise the result of an error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

When appropriate, original shipping charges will also be refunded.

Installed or Used Parts

Parts that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or altered are generally not returnable.

An exception may be made when the issue is directly caused by an error on our part, such as an incorrect measurement, specification, or incorrectly supplied component.

Please contact us before removing, modifying, repairing, or returning a part if you believe there is an issue.

Return Condition

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and should include all components originally supplied with the item.

We reserve the right to deny a refund for items that have been damaged, modified, improperly packaged, or returned in a condition different from how they were originally supplied, except where the issue resulted from our error.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Whether original and return shipping costs are refundable depends on the reason for the return. If the return resulted from an error by Windy City Engine and Parts Inc., applicable shipping costs will be covered by us.

Core Returns

We do not currently offer a core return or core credit program. Please do not send your old engine components to us unless specifically instructed to do so.

Please contact Windy City Engine and Parts Inc. before shipping any return so we can review the issue and provide return instructions.
