Cylinder Head was Remanufactured by
Windy City Engine & Parts
Process Includes:
- Thoroughly cleaned and inspected
- Magnafluxed to insure no cracks in casting
- Guide work performed/replaced with new guides or liners as needed
- Cut valve seats
- All valves are reground or replaced with new valves
- Head is assembled with all new valve seals
- Each Valve is vacuum tested to insure a perfect seal between the valve and seat
- Milled to ensure straightness and correct finish
All machine work performed on the latest state of the art equipment
All parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before assembly
